I took one of my fleet trucks in for a minor repair. The service writer (Joey) basically says we dont know what we are talking about(he tried telling me that 270 degrees is normal transmission operating temperature). I called later in the day and was told it had been driven and they couldnt duplicate the problem. called again this morning and was told they were driving it at that very moment. The problem is that we have gps tracking on our trucks and it said the vehicle hadn't been started since we dropped it off the day bef... read more
