NOT reccommending service,when you have to call GM directly to find out what's going on with your car. Then get told it will be fixed and ready in a week. Over a week later get a call we are about to tear it down WOW. No communication and RUDE at service desk, treat you like crap!! Sales, Customer Relations, Financing Amazing!

The sales team I have to say is 5 star. The service department is ridiculously tiring because of the wait. I was told that I was lucky to be getting my oil changed when I asked for a problem checked out. I understand that they are covered up no problem, but then proceed to tell me my cabin filter needs to be replaced after 3 hours of waiting. I told them I would order my filters my self. They put the filter back in upside down and multiple debris then got into my blower housing making noise. I went back in to speak to a mana... read more

We had a most wonderful experience today at West. Jimmy, in used cars, was knowledgeable and very down to earth. Not pushy at all. And Lisa, in financing, was sweet and worked hard to get us the best rate. I highly recommend West to anyone looking for used or new, not gonna find a better group of folks to work with.
