The nicest staff ever!! I was involved in a shooting 4 years ago. I was in 2 different hospitals the night it happened, and many more since then. Out of them all I was only supported in getting the bullet taken care of by my PCP, and Dr. Athota at UC. I am so glad I was referred to UC by my PCP, I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease with the surgery.. I will be recommending anyone who ask me for a GREAT Hospital!!!!

No one likes to be in a hospital, but if so , West Chester UC is the best place to be. The care I recieved was the best. From the cleaning lady Brenda to the Surgery Teams, everyone treated me like I was their only concern. The nursing staff is top of the line. They made my stay as pleasant as they could and I do appreciate each of them. Will alway recommend this hospital and all the doctors I use there. Sherry Goodin

My first time in this hospital I took my father for a microlaryngoscopy with injection and dilation of the trachea. The appointment was early at 530am and thankfully it was quiet and not many people around. The staff did well as far as care went. Everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful helping us navigate around. I would recommend this hospital. It was definitely much busier by the time we left after noon. Only bad thing was the cafeteria is not the greatest but it is ok.

I am surprised I didn't get a call from the infusion department to check and see how I am doing. Particularly since I had an allergic reaction to my infusion medication.

I will never have anything done anywhere else!! The staff is amazing and on top of it all! I had surgery in May at the hospital and I just had surgery and the surgery center yesterday both facilities are amazing as well the staff. The nurses I could not have been more pleased with they were comforting very sweet and well lnew their jobs no hesitations ect....anastegiologost were amazing as well.
