The only reason I gave this place a 1 is because giving it a 0 isn't an option. My brother is on SICU and the nursing staff is horrible everyone is extremely rude and seem to have no damn idea what's going on. The waiting room was dirty and the furniture had bed bugs!!! This hospital is disgusting on so many levels and I truly feel sorry for the patients that are being cared for by some of the incompetent employees.

I've had a heart cath there.. Wish I lived closer to y'all then I do.. But my family dr is there.. And I only see drs there. Thank you all so much.. Had tests there.. And I was one of the first inpatient when y'all built the hospital! Great people

They seem to be very thorough very concerned there was a lot of trauma that came through during our stay so things were a little bit slow but that's understandable and a big City Hospital but from where I was standing and the things I was watching come through I think they did an excellent job and I think they are a five-star Hospital for sure in my book. I've had nothing but great service during my labor and delivery here! Everyone was so calm and they were so encouraging. They waited on not only myself, but my family, hand and foot for whatever we needed. I absolutely love this hospital and all the doctors and nurses!
