The hours of sporting in waiting room while one: the front desk nurse played on her phone, two, let a man in obvious pain and agony sprawl to the floor as they cackled in the check in. Three, still sitting three hours later as another man comes in with obvious strain to breath, complaining of loss of breath and he's still sitting in a chair waiting!!!! Fiancee intimidated by security for giving his two cents to a rude ass nurse. Guess what still sitting three and a half hours and still not been seen.

This place sucks. Sitting in waiting room four hours to be seen, won't let my support person in back with me, ask for complaint form and patient advocate number and then get intimidated by security guards, have to sit here and listen to heart patients practically dying in waiting room. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Edit I asked for the patient advocate to file and complaint and then got escorted out by security, given a trespass warming, and told not to come back while both my girl and I were patients. I' ve been here several times and never had a bad experience. I've currently bee here since Thursday evening and have received exceptional car from food and nutrion to housekeeping, pca's, nurses and drs. Thank you all. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I only went here because the doctor who could perform my surgery was here. My main cardiologist recommended this particular doctor. He was good, I didn't see him much but I liked him. The nurses were awesome. I was not impressed with certain members of my team, they acted like I was a drug seeker because I asked for pain meds even though Ijust had a major operation.
