Dr. Phipatanakul and the entire staff at Loma Linda University Medical Group are exceptional. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Phipatanakul to the day I was released after having reverse shoulder replacement surgery, I can say that he and the entire staff at Loma Linda University Medical Group are exceptional. Excellent care from Dr. P and his entire staff
1. Right arm finally deteriorated to where I was only able to lift my hand/arm to shoulder height without anything in my hand and even then only with severe pain. Reverse shoulder replacement did the job. 2. Actual wait time has always been somewhat long but only because I show up an hour early. On last visit Dr. P saw me about 10 min after my scheduled apointment time. Previous was about 10 min early. 3. Never had to schedule an urgent appointment.
He replaced my left shoulder 6+ years ago and I have almost full range of motion, even more than expected with the severity of the arthritis damage before the surgery. I am very happy with all of the care I received by Dr Phipatanakal (over the last 11 years. He also did not rush me to surgery when I was not ready - I procrastinated for five years.
Dr. Phipatanakul did a shoulder replacement for my 91 year old mother-in-law. Her pain had been higher than the 1-10 scale goes for 6-9 months. He said he couldn't promise that she'd be pain-free, but that it would be a lot better. She trusted him and since the surgery she has been essentially pain-free. She got some aches from PT but that was minimal too. Now it's close to 6 months since surgery and she has a new lease on life! Yes, we definitely recommend Dr. Phipatanakul!!
He was the best!
There is only one word to describe Dr. Phipatanakul and that is phenomenal. I had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder and I can't believe how very little pain I experienced. I live in Connecticut and it was worth traveling across the country to have Dr. Phipatanakul. He is the best.
Dr. Phipatanakul did a total left shoulder replacement about 11 months ago. There was so much damage and two previous shoulder surgeries before, that it had to be a reverse replacement. He did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the result. After physical therapy, I have an almost full range of movement and no pain. I am so grateful after years of pain and restricted use of that arm. This wonderful surgeon has my highest recommendation.
I know him as Dr Pipp I want you to know he is a man of great worth he is a physician of great value never in my 89 years have I been under the care of a man like good Dr Pipp in every area he excels I’ve had some serious injuries I kept telling my church and my family if I can just get to Dr Pipp I’ll be alright exposed to his care love knowledge your going to come away as blessed as I’ve been to me he is sent from God and I’ll always be grateful for Dr Pipp Bob Roberts
