Dr. Phipatanakul is so rude and dismissive. He doesn't care about patients. Just rushes people in and out. Believe the 1 stars. Don't waste your time here
To start let me say I myself am a physician. This doctor is absolutely horrible. Prior to my surgery he told me he could not tell what he had to do until he opened me up. After my surgery he did not come to see me, when I contacted him he refused to tell me what surgery he did, then got upset that I even called him! When I told him the pain is much worse than he told me it would be, which is a concern for a complication he tried to label me as drug seeking. Save your shoulders and do NOT see this man.
Not very helpful, doesn't seem to care to get to the bottom of shoulder pain. Inconsiderate and a big waste of time. Doesn't want to do no test of his own but wants everything brought to him. Waste of a trip and time. And his nurse has attitude to boot. Give me break! I'll get better help somewhere else I'm sure of it!
I highly recommend Dr. Phip. He is an excellent shoulder specialist/surgeon. He repaired my right rotator cuff tears/bicep; six weeks after my surgery I am able to raise my right arm again. Thank you for giving me a second chance to use my shoulders again. Your grateful patient, Victoria P
An excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is great. His explanation of the problem, surgical procedures are easy to understand and thorough. His personality makes you comfortable. He is very caring. Would recommend him highly.
Dr Phipatanakul is a skilled shoulder surgeon with a straightforward, kind and compassionate bedside manner. He did my surgery with minimal scarring expecting that I would do the physical therapy I needed myself at home during Covid. My result was excellent!
My two-month followup from surgery went well. Dr. Phip (Phipatanakul) is a very caring, kind and knowledgeable surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a compound fracture of their humerus, like mine. He has me on the road to a full recovery. Thank you, Dr. Phip.
This man is amazing! He helped restore my shoulder after another surgeon performed 3 unsuccessful surgeries, Dr is kind, patient and reassuring and very knowledgeable about his practice. His follow up visits are just the same. I would highly recommend this man.
Dr. Phipatanakul was recommended to me. I went and saw him for my shoulder. He discussed we me what needed to be done. We arranged my surgery and everything went very well. He is a great surgeon and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him. I was well taken care of before and after my surgery. The hospital and his staff are very professional and helpful.
