Werner Hyundai gets two stars, only because I like the car so far. I bought a 2019 Sonata from them in October of 2021. As part of the purchase agreement it came with a two year maintenance plan for routine maintenance. There is NO stipulation in the maintenance plan that it is by appointment only. There is nothing on the service department webpage or in the customer waiting area that stipulates that it is by appointment only. My son bought a 2015 Sonata from Werner Hyundai in April. The car came with a ***** mile warranty. Last week (just 2 months after getting the car) he went to pick up a friend and the car just stopped working, leaving him stranded on the side of the road. We paid $140 for a tow truck and they towed the car to Werner. They kept the car for 4 days, when we called they kept saying they hadnt had a chance to look at it and then called him on Monday to say that there was nothing wrong with it but he needed to have $1200 preventati... read more
Have a oil consumption problem was lead to believe after so many costs something would be done to fix was told on 4/8/22 that was going to be done until engine blows or locks up have swapped a few times to different service writers an d on internet Hyundai has lot of complaints about oil consumption and nothing ever get done about it
The service department is full of unprofessional employees that hang up on customers. This dealerships refuses to answer questions and concerns regarding my vehicle. When they want to purchase my ******* because its low mileage, they always were available on the phone. Now I cant get anyone to pickup the phone. Plan on having my vehicle towed to another dealerships that actually cares about their customers.

The service/repair department is unprofessional and zero product knowledge. Over promises and under deliver and have no interest or concern about customers need. They are quick to sell you a new car but slow and I stress slow to repair. I cannot find the politically words to describe how disappointed I am in the repair service I have not received after over two months of waiting on the repair. On today I went to Werner Hyundai for service on my vehicle. The service department needs classes on customer service. I made an appointment for the service I needed; it was not an issue. When I show up for my appointment, the guy had me pull up. Then, I sit there. Another guy came to ask what I need. I looked confused, like I made an appointment for a particular service; on top of that, he was not the technician. I got out of my car to ask a question. Very terrible customer service! I came in with an auto loan through capital one to purchase a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, the manager advised me that it wouldn’t be funded completely due to it being an older car and the amount of miles on it (which I understood). He advised me that I would be better off getting a 2021 Hyundai Accent because it would be financed completely and I was fine with that. I have never had a place of so called business ever be so extreme with trying to garner POTENTIAL business. We were held there for 5 hours after repeatedly telling them that we were not interested in buying a car. They kept taking our information anyway and asking us to sign, kept trying to get us to shake their hand on half made deals with no real numbers shown and finally we just took our things and walked out.
