Friendly staff, but one complaint we've been there 2 times now, had a coupon, took cat to be fixed, she was caught up on her shots and not due til.next month,they took it upon themselves to give her her shots, and did other misc brought bill up to $200. It was supposed to coat less than $100, they did that to us the 1st time as well....needless to say we won't be using them again...

Therefore your comments concerned us so we took a closer look to make sure our policy was in fact followed. The records were reviewed and the doctor on the case was also questioned.
