recently at the vet today for my dog and yes he does have skin issues and yes I know we do need to take care of him that's why we decided to take him for the $95 exam special well the Indian vet was very much rude and in a bad mood and decided not to comply with her own coupon she would not do the $95 exam which is what we needed a full exam on the dog and his shot and some meds they wanted $500 and if we didn't pay them the $500 they wouldn't do the full exam so needless to say we did not get what we wanted there and the do... read more

I’ve been to this vet for about 6 years and today will be my last day. I have a mini Aussie. A good vet would know that Australian Shepherds, should be tested for MDR1 mutation before being administered ivermectin. Their brain is unable to filter out certain drugs if they have this mutation and it could really harm the dog. My husband took our girl into the vet and came home with Heartguard which has the ivermectin drug, not knowing it was the drug that could potentially harm our dog. Luckily, I was able to intervene before ... read more

I'm so sad having to write this review but today was the last time I will be taking any of my pets to this clinic. After multiple scheduling issues and a vet tech who has consistently been rude to my family we've decided to find a new vet after coming to Wells Branch Pet and Bird for 10 years. We've come to the office multiple times after making appointments only to be told they didn't see us on their schedule (usually because the wrong day was entered when making the appointment but we also had a situation where they just d... read more

This place is amazing! My cat, Simba, was sick and I was freaking out. They let us come in (an appointment had canceled I think) Jose, the vet tech, made me laugh and kept me and my partner up to date with everything they were doing. They were really kind and helpful and made us feel so much calmer when we walked out. If you're looking for a vet that cares about your baby, this is it!

My husband and I love Dr Torres! She is kind very informative and always willing too spend the time too talk with you not just treat and street like some vets! Truly cares about your pet and understands thier a family member! Prices much more reasonable then other vets we've had in the past! The front end staff are awesome!!!Super friendly and give you a warm welcoming feeling!

They always are quick and attentive. I leave feeling they care about our pet as much as we do. They always take the time to explain what is going on and how to fix it.

Don’t be misled by the outer appearance of the house the clinic is in. They are a family of qualified and caring professionals from the office staff to the vet techs to the doctors. I’ve seen many breeds cared for there from snakes to birds to dogs and cats. Dr Wadhwani takes time to know your pets and shows genuine concern for their well being. For my aging cats, she has helped them live longer, quality lives with her experience and recommendations for healthy feline lifestyles. Plus the Austin Chronicle has weekly cost sav... read more
