Human companion to a disabled rabbit. Staff has always been gentle with him. Dr W spends time discussing his treatment. I've always had positive interaction with office staff.
Terrible clinic!!!! Very dirty and poor staff. They try and squeeze as many services as they can out of you and sell you extra meds. Oh and when you call them on it they refuse to see your pets anymore and ban you from there facility. Thanks you true did me a service by not having you endangering my pets by extra services and meds. This place is a joke and you should never take your pets here if you value their well being.
During 2016 I had two dogs get their teeth cleaned and the third dog get an annual physical. They did a fine job on all three [including the very old dog]. Cost was 1/3 to 2/3 of my former vet. All service was done within the time promised. Dr. Savita is very nice and demonstrates great affection for the dogs. Nice and friendly staff. I am a fan and will continue to take our doggie companions to them.
I so much wanted to give a good review. My problem is with the ethical practices we encountered today. We paid for heartworm meds for our dog Mariah in advance as they were out and agreed to pick them up at a later time in the future. I received two phone calls telling me that they were in, and we were out of town. We wouldn't take our babies anywhere else :) The Dr. treats every fur baby like her own!!! She tells you her honest opinion and doesn't run unnecessary test. Love love

I made an appointment for my dog when I got there they said it will take a few minutes. I waited for 45 mints, when I asked how much longer. They told me a few minutes more, because they had an emergency. I was there before with an emergency for an other dog and it was the same. You make an appointment then you have to wait and when you get into a room you have to wait more. Go there if you like to be treated like a homeless and expect to be treated like a king when you pay the bill.
My cockatiel was laying on the bottom of the cage after just laying 3 eggs and was having trouble moving around. I called the clinic because I wasn't sure if she was egg bound which is fatal or maybe broke a wing. They gave me an appointment then 20 minutes later called to cancel it saying they were too busy. They offered to schedule an appointment on Monday which I took but my cockatiel died on Sunday. When I called their after hours emergency they told me they don't work on birds.
