RecommendedDr W. has taken such great care of my two kittens. I brought home two farm cats from Kansas - full of parasites and problems. With Dr. W's help, she has recommended treatment for these two so that they can now have a long happy life here in Austin. Great prices, and has even postponed services to ensure full health before proceeding. Thank you for your kindness, honestly and knowledge of pets. I definitely recommend Wells Branch Pet and Bird Clinic.
The WORST place ever to take your pet when they are sick. The Doctor there was dragging my dog around like he was a piece of meat and he could not even stand up. She is an evil person with no heart whatsoever and kept interrupting me through the whole entre visit. Ordering me around and my dog around like we were pions from another planet. Just the worst experience I have ever had in my life. So we left and we left there quickly.....
I love Bird and pet clinic, the staff is so caring and professional, the doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. My cat has been very sick and they handle him with not only care but with love.
Thank you for being open late, getting me in right away and not over charging me just because it was an emergency visit! The entire staff was helpful and kind. I didn’t think places like this still existed.
Very dirty and while they seem low priced, they make up for it by going directly to the expensive treatments over conservative.
Quaint office, staff is nice. I Was in and out within an hour. The hours are great for people who work banker hours.
