very helpful
Salesman was very nice, but he was really to busy to spend quality time with me as a customer (never stayed in his seat long enough.) Need more customer service training.
Initial salesman was rude over the phone. Left messages for sales and finance managers and no return calls were ever made. Finally made contact with one salesman who could answer questions. Took far to long to receive vehicle after deal was complete.
Best and smoothest purghase I have ever made!

The car was sold so I never got a chance to test drive it and we stopped there. Even though I was only interested in this vehicle, they did ask if there was anything else that interested me.

I was told that some more information was needed for final approval on my credit but no one would return my call. Everytime I contacted someone at the dealership they would pawn me off to another person whom was not available. Finally, instead of the finance DIRECTOR returning my call in 10 minutes like I was told I received a email from the long lost sales associate that was supposed to have called me back after lunch letting me know the car had been sold.
