Ok .. did a good job after I responded about car.
Replied quickly, but it soon turned into a game of being bounced around from "internet sales" to managers to salesmen. Different emails from each, making keeping a decent email chain impossible. Was given a low offer for our trade, under book value for sure, which I guess they figured I wouldn't have looked at beforehand? Couple that with an $800 charge to deliver to us, and it just wasn't worth playing the game long distance.
