The wellness lounge is most peaceful yoga experience ever. Everyone is so positive ,helpful kind inspiring. I look forward to every class . Bekha is my fav. I had my best massage ever. Love April and Kirby too.

LOVE this space! Had an amazing massage/chiro session with Dr. April and will definitely make this routine in my self care regime. For anyone new to yoga, or does yoga regularly, the Yoga Therapy class is none like anything I've experienced before. They have hit the gold mine in self care: restorative yoga, chiro, massage, and reiki all in one class. It is truly the total package, and will knock your socks off. Wellness Lounge is special, unique, and will change your life! So glad i've found it!
