I had no idea this place was here! What a hidden gem. My first class was the 5:30 with Rebecca. Her energy was incredible and I truly left different than when I walked in. So, so, so glad there is a good yoga studio so close to my office (most of the good ones are at the beach).
I was having some low back spasms and my normal massage therapist was out of town. I found the Wellness Lounge and had a groupon so I thought I would try out a new therapist. When I got to the location I was quite impressed with all they do. The therapist I was introduced to, Noel Froning, spent the time with me to go over my issues and showed an honest concern that was refreshing.
