This is about the billing department. I was sending in a grand a month (because who has $5 grand laying around all at once) and they hounded me all the time! I had 1 grand left to pay and they sent it to a collection agency! I was just waiting for the final bill to arrive and it would have been paid! Instead of getting a thousand bucks they sold the debt at a loss to a collection agency and they could have had it all! I am very happy with the care my mother received during her stay recently. Update, my Mom had to go back to Wellington Regional recently, and the care she received was even better than the first time, so I updated my rating to 5 stars, and I really appreciate the staff who were so kind to my Mom.
TAKES HOURS to get attended. Waited 4 HOURS. and the prices are EXAGGERATED. $1,500 just to get checked up? WTF?!? Ima boycott this hospital watch

I just had my baby on 3/19. I was hospitalized twice before the delivery. For the 2 prior visits and the delivery of my newborn I only have an amazing experience, the RN are great, caring and loving specially RN Michelle Lopez i need to recognized her because she was very caring during my visits and great w my baby as well. The whole staff were great!!!Also need to recognized the environment and the hygiene of the L & D a plus too... Highly recommended

I've delivered my twins 4 1/2yrs ago @ WRMC. I'm also having my baby boy any time now there. I only have positive feedback. For the labor&delivery dept. Anyway.
The worst experience in my life!!!!!!! I could rather not receive any medical care then go to this hospital.
