Just to schedule a simple procedure, they make it very hard. The staff is very incompetent from previous experiences.

I'm very disappointed with the hospital...after having both of my kids here it is very sad to see how things have changed in such little time very sad I use to speak highly of this hospital but now after taking my 5year old to have a simple splinter taken out of his foot last night and having this heartless RN hurt my son just because I didn't agreed to have a X-ray heartless and money hungry not all staff was bad but the wait time for the ridiculous small amount of patients and the way they just showed me how is just about ... read more

This hospital is a joke. Looks like a Ritz Carlton, but the staff is incompetent, and has ZERO sense of urgency. All show, no substance. My grandmother has been admitted for over 24 hours, and hasn't even been seen by a cardiologist, mean while the doctors and nurses are hanging out in the ER eating snacks and chit-chatting. VERY displeased. The nurses had no clue of which doctor was hers, and whether or not she had been even consulted. No organization here at all. I gave birth to my DD Nov 11th; 19hrs of hard labor, then an emergency C section. Dr Bayer; did an amazing job down to the young black male in the OR singing to me. All the nurses and staff were outstanding! With checking on us every hour. Everyone was so caring and loving! We didn't want to leave. The food was amazing! Never had great hospital food like that before. I wish I remembered the names of the amazing nurses and CNAs everyone had a great attitude and so friendly. That's how it's so suppose to be!
