Other than the distance from my house, this facility was very clean and friendly. The nursing staff was extremely attentive and polite. Our very caring nurses we're always available with a smile on their face and warmth in their hearts. The Cuban coffee down at the cafe in the lobby kept my motor running for the 5 days while we were there recovering from surgery. I became friends with the lovely ladies who run it.
I HAVE HAD EXTREMELY BAD CARE FROM DOCTORS ON TEACHING SERVICE. I HAVE HAD EVERYONE EXCEPT CEO IN MY ROOM. WENT 29 HOURS WITH NO PAIN MEDS WHEN I GOT HERE JUST HAD FEEDING TUBE REPLACED VIA SURGERY OPEN INCISION. HAD TO FIGHT FOR MY PAIN MEDS AFTERWARDS. JOHN WAS A GREAT NURSE. SAM WAS GREAT AT ADDRESSING ISSUES BUT DOCTORS SUCK...... ILL NEVDR EVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN.

iI was in for 3 days for a total knee replacement, the nursing and nursing assistant department were awesome...always made time for you..Chris my physical Therapist was awesome and Kodie was the best Occupational Therapist.. Kudos to Ian for making my stay a pleasure....
Everyone was amazing couldn't got better care I am Blessed how they took care of me.
The ER was amazing. The nurse who cared for my Larry when he was there a while back - remembered us. Don't ask why LOL My level of pain was such that I was ready to die... and did not care. LOL again. Anyway, she brought everything under control, I was admitted for what turned out to be spinal stenosis. The nurses on the third floor - I was room 318 - are fantastic. I could not have asked for better care. A million thanks. Love y'all but I hope we don't meet again. Hugs. KB
They let me sit in pain for over 30 minutes before I chose to take matters into my own hands. Also, my iv was leaking and I was told it was not leaking like a puddle so nothing needed to be done.Terrible, terrible service.
