I call to speak with my daughter they never anwser and when they do they turn around and say your not on the list even though you give them the password

RecommendedI came in thru the emergency . I had fallen at Nevada State Bank . I was put in an Ambulance and taken to the hospital with a huge lump on the back of my head. Everyone was very nice. The care was fantastic.
Can never get any answers for my relative although I’m on the release form. Im to be contacted and updated but nothing. I’m currently attempting to reach someone and the phone and it just rings! My relative informed me they would be released today, however when I called I was told to call back! Been trying since. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and when she picked up she told me she was on another line and would call me back. One hour later NOTHING! THIS PLACE IS UNREAL!
Summerlin hospital will not help me, and I had very good insurance they would not help me. I leafed the hospital in so much pain 9 above in pain
RecommendedThe attention and care I got in the ER by the nurse and doctor was amazing. They were so nice and loving. Shaniqua my nurse was amazing. I know is saying much in this hard times but they made my stay very pleasant, I will go anytime. Thank you so much, highly recommended
I had an appointment at 1:30 for 2 medical procedures - a colonoscopy and an Endoscopic Ultrasound , on Oct. 28th. I arrived early and waited, waited, and waited. No one gave me updates when my son asked they said they were waiting for a bed. I had an appointment so this is inexcusable. I waited for hours and hours! They finally took me in, after they had told me to "DON'T BE LATE." The 'nurse' tried 3 times to start my IV but failed. A male nurse succeeded. At 6 pm they took me to the OR for my 2 procedures!
