WellFast Urgent Care Center was founded in 2006 by Emergency Medicine physicians with a vision: to provide high quality health care to patients presenting with unexpected minor illnesses and injuries in a friendly environment, without long waiting times, and for a reasonable fee. Five years and two clinics later, we have grown to offer a variety of services encompassing urgent care, occupational medicine, and physicals to the Lawton/Ft. Sill community and the surrounding areas.

We made an appointment on line and were promised a “fast track” experience. We still waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 60 in the exam room. I can understand poor staffing or patients ahead needing more time. But our experience did not show any sense of urgency from staff. I believe that their lackadaisical attitude is what led to our prolonged wait. Just take our the word “Fast” from the name. Do not try and fool clients by saying that the service is “fast”. I love that the website says "WellFast specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of common, non-life or limb threatening illnesses or injuries." Thay was not my experiance. I went in with swollen hands and feet I currently can't even use theu are so sore. The doctor ran two test, didn't listen to me, and tried to give me the same over the counter medication I had told her I've been trying for two days and wasn't doing anything. so she gave me a stronger anti-inflammatory and that was it. Very thorough although it took a little time, but you have to expect that at Ant walk in clinic. Dr and staff were super kind and took their time and answered all our questions. This was our 2nd time here .
I have been to the east side wellfast 3 times. I have had good experiences except this last time. I’ve had a bad experience with the same Dr twice, but I didn’t think much about it the first time because I know everyone has bad days. The last time I went in the same Dr and a nurse were very rude, made me feel embarrassed and extremely uncomfortable. Said smart remarks to me and made me feel judged. RecommendedAll 3 of our experiences here have been terrific. We have been in and out in 45 minutes or less, and we are always treated with kindness and respect.
We left Comanche County Memorial ER and thought we would try Wellfast, BEST DECISION EVER! The staff were courteous, understanding and most importantly took my daughter back and got her worked up very quickly! The Dr was Amazing the way he explained things to my daughter. Please keep in mind this was 10 minutes before closing and time for them to go home!
I called to get directions, 15 mins to close an she said it was ALREADY closed then only gave me the address listed After I said I needed Directions. IF I was given what I had asked for I could have made it prior to 8 pm, but what good would it do anyway since it's Closed Early! Took me almost an hour going up an down Gore to find this place! I'm in Pain but hey GO HOME EARLY an Don't give proper directions!!!!
I want the owner to tell me how can a person come to wellfast on east gore with a broken or fractured bone unable to walk in severe pain sit there for 2 hours while the staff figure out how the bottom line is going to be covered.after they tell the person they think the problem might be and a x Ray They send the person home . in the same condition that they came in . my pain level was a 10 out of 10 so I drove .about to pass out.
