WellFast Urgent Care Center was founded in 2006 by Emergency Medicine physicians with a vision: to provide high quality health care to patients presenting with unexpected minor illnesses and injuries in a friendly environment, without long waiting times, and for a reasonable fee. Five years and two clinics later, we have grown to offer a variety of services encompassing urgent care, occupational medicine, and physicals to the Lawton/Ft. Sill community and the surrounding areas.

Decided to wait until my second visit to inform me of the copay from the first visit. Please find a new receptionist. I’m in college, it would be great to know what I’m paying for the day of. Not AFTER I see the Doctor. Seriously, what the hell lady?

You could take Medicaid and Medicare patients. I live on on the east side and this would really help me.
I twisted my ankle and it immediately started hurting so bad I couldn’t walk on it. I went to WellFast Urgent Care, and after Dr. Diaz checked the X-Ray’s it was determined to be a bad sprain. I was in and out pretty quickly, and the level of care far exceeded any treatment I’ve had elsewhere!
They forget they have patients in rooms.
Dr. Delarosa is the BEST he did not stop till he found a cure for my issue. and the staff is so caring. love this place
On Friday Feb 15- i went to the wellfast clinic on gore. I probably had to wait about 30 minutes or so. The check in lady was very efficient taking my info to be seen. I was called to the back and the nurse took my vitals and blood pressure, temp etc. and we went over my medical history and meds and what my symptoms were. I was then taken to another room and the dr. Was there shortly. They also called my scripts into walgreens for me so i wouldnt have to wait to long to get them.
