WellFast Urgent Care Center was founded in 2006 by Emergency Medicine physicians with a vision: to provide high quality health care to patients presenting with unexpected minor illnesses and injuries in a friendly environment, without long waiting times, and for a reasonable fee. Five years and two clinics later, we have grown to offer a variety of services encompassing urgent care, occupational medicine, and physicals to the Lawton/Ft. Sill community and the surrounding areas.

We sent one of our drivers to Well-Fast after an on the job injury. Ms. Evelyn Woods called me to get everything going and was very nice to help us get him seen as soon as possible. Thank you Evelyn for all your help in getting the paperwork through as quickly as possible.
Doctors and staff are professional friendly caring and knowledgeable! I have even had a phone call that said I paid too much and received a check in the mail!
I have been nothing but pleased with the care I have received here. I have always been seen in a timely manner. The doctors have wonderful bedside manner. And it is so convenient!

Let me get this straight: You file a claim in 2013 with the wrong tax ID, then do it again with another wrong tax ID, we hear nothing for 2 years and then you send us to collections??? You got some nerve over there. You want me on the hook for your screw up. You could have easily gotten your money from my insurance company if you'd had an once of competence in your billing department. You're a blood sucking leach of a business.
