WellFast Urgent Care Center was founded in 2006 by Emergency Medicine physicians with a vision: to provide high quality health care to patients presenting with unexpected minor illnesses and injuries in a friendly environment, without long waiting times, and for a reasonable fee. Five years and two clinics later, we have grown to offer a variety of services encompassing urgent care, occupational medicine, and physicals to the Lawton/Ft. Sill community and the surrounding areas.

Back in Early February you diagnosed my grandma with the flu even after she tested negative gave her flu meds and over the next 2 days she got worse and had to go to the emergency room where she didn’t have the flu but she did have strep throat and mono. Y’all need to get it together

Horrible patient care from the entrance to the exit. Kids sick with flu refuses to give nausea medicine even though they are vomiting anything they eat or drink. Can’t get on the same page of anything they diagnose. Was told kids have flu then was told they don’t have it by another dr because he wanted me out of their office. Was I mad? Yup. Was I raising my voice after having the door closed in my face? Yup. But I have 2 sick kids with no relief
except for the long 2 hour wait the staff and drs were exceptionally caring and helpful to my situation.
Well I’ve had to sit in the waiting room for three hours and I’m the back for 2. I asked to use the bathroom for three hours and they said hold on the 4 times I asked. The waited an. Hour to be released.

The lady in the front was very nice, and with today their computers were down she made it clear to everyone that it will take longer then normal to be patient. I think the nurses and doctor in the back need to Remember that the doors are. It sound proof so when they are talking about patients , not remembering what room they are in or that a patient asked for a spacific test to be done, in this case a strep test, that the nurses or dr assistant should not respond ,” the special patient wants a strep test done.” WE CAN HEAR Y... read more
