Purchased a Highlander Hybrid because we're having a baby; dealer insisted they couldn't go below $3k over MSRP. Felt kinda bullied and was pretty disappointed in their tactics. I found out later that there are other nearby Toyota dealers that ONLY sell at MSRP and I would definitely not recommend Wellesley as a first option.
Clear concise communication kept the situation calm! Did not allow me to stress about spending money on a car. Well done Nathan!
