I walked in on a busy Memorial Day weekend without an appointment and I was lucky enough to have John there who was able to assist me right away. After trying couples of different dealers. I found wellesley Toyota, wellesley is best deal. John imparato reached out and set up an appointment with me. I've leased vehicles three times from this dealership. After a career in sales, I'm familiar with most of the "tricks," but I never felt I was being "handled" here. Certainly they exist to sell cars and they prosper from doing so, yet they exhibit a relaxed and transparent manner that made it pleasant to do business. From the very start, Marcus did an amazing job talking through the vehicle and finance options with us. We were trying to decide between a Prius Prime and a RAV4 Prime and he did a great job laying out all the options and pros and cons and didn't force us one way or other. He went above and beyond with making sure we got the best price and vehicle, and did a great job prepping everything so we could drive away with no issues. Thank you Marcus for everything you did!
