We just closed the deal on our 4th car with this dealership. True to form, we were given the very best service by Nathan Ingraham, who gave careful thought to all of our concerns and found EXACTLY the car we were looking for, advocates with management for speedy delivery and got us that silver Corolla hatchback even sooner than we hoped. Worked with Nathan Ingram to purchase our 2024 Grand Highlander hybrid. He was excellent in helping us navigate throughout the purchase process. He was transparent and responsive as we waited for our car to be delivered. He was extremely accommodating and stayed with us late in the evening as we were completing the paperwork on a weekend and even showed up on his off day for delivery. I dreaded the process of buying a new car given past experiences but John gave me a whole new experience. He was friendly, knowledgable, and straightforward. I felt that I was dealing with an honest man. He is a terrific salesperson and a terrific person.
As a repeat customer of John’s I cannot recommend him enough! Leasing is stressful and it’s easy to get lost in all the numbers. But each time I’ve worked with John, he’s been transparent, personable and makes the process as convenient as possible!
