This place is a joke. I've been trying to get a medication they gave me PA for over 5 yrs. ago & now suddenly saying they never have. Even my pharmacist is at a loss as to why. Just like me he gets a different excuse with each CS or WellCare pharmacist conversation. I'm down to 2 pills with no help in sight. This isn't the first time they've done it. I wouldn't send a dog there. I guess the reason why they get by with it is it's the only game in town for those poor enough to be on Medicaid.

Wellcare has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I have now been on the phone for 47 minutes trying to get information on how to update my Providers Address. Horrific over seas customer service. They should be ashamed.
Well Care insurance is horrible to the customers. I am in the 4th stage of Emphysema, I am an amputee, I have heart problems and am an unstable diabetic . I am on continuous oxygen. I can't walk any longer and am bed ridden. I had to go to the hospital and was in for 8 days. Well care denied payment of claim. I have a spot on my lung and since I do have emphysema , I have to have lung X-rays. Well Care denied that. I need the medication Spiriva but that was denied. Good morning, The plan has reviewed the member's concerns and the following information has been provided. In regard to the member's denial of claim, our benefits configuration department reviewed the claim in question and determined there was a timing issue during configuration of the submission. The claim has already been adjusted to pay. The plan also does not show denials for lung xrays on file. I have tried for the past 3 or 4 years to get this company to disenroll me. I have made numerous calls, written several letters and all I get is the runaround. I have never used their plan and have no desire to use it. Today, I got a bill. That was the last straw. I called customer service once again and again got the runaround. I am a new customer (as of 11-2016) and have experienced the worst customer service ever from these people. Trying to resolve an issue with them is like talking to a pillow - only the pillow does not respond with robot-like platitudes covering their incompetence. Customers are isolated from the corporate people who need to learn of the extensive "boobery" that their customers are subjected to by domestic and overseas "agents".
