I have been here many times with my boys and husband and have even recommended many others. We actually even ran into the owner a few weeks after it was opened and he was very nice. Today I called to ask a question and the lady on the phone was not very nice. She basically started the conversation with I don't have any appointments for today. This place is amazing. Mercy has the best hands and is extremely nice. The service here is top notch. Will definitely come back next time i'm in miami.

Been trying to get my husband out of the Biltmore for years. He agreed to walk in and see what the place was about. We walk in, the girls are in the back sweeping and one girls is cutting hair. One girl looks up at us, we say hi and they just stare at us. No one says hi, not a smile. Nothing. What a shame. First impressions are important. Our first impression, "you and your business is not important to us." -so we left and went next door to @burgerfi, where no matter how busy or slow, they smile and welcome you in.
