Entire staff very courteous, very professional, focused on the patient. Dr. Smith's communication skills and explanations as as dentist and an engineer were most appreciated.
They were terrific! They were ready for me when I got there (I was on time), took me back, and Dr. Smith explained what they were going to do. Dr. Smith used a new device, the Dental VIB, to eliminate most of the sensation of the injection of the anesthesia used to numb the site they were going to treat. It worked GREAT! I usually dread this part of dental treatment.
