Very Professional I have been seeing them for years and I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. They are state of the art without a big price tag!
Patient Beware I moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor. The staff are very friendly and their selection in nice. My problem was all the little fees that were tacked on to my bill. Came in for a checkup. I wear contacts, but ordered glasses. Glasses are expensive, but my final bill was much higher than anticipated- 30 dollars for "upgrades" to my lenses that I was not informed of. Great place When I moved to the area, I needed a new eye doctor. I have found my home at Weisman. The staff has been great. They have answered many questions and made me feel comfortable.
Outstanding Dr. Weishaus is outstanding, you would be hard pressed to find someone who is more caring, personable and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly. They have a good selection of glasses and pretty competitive prices. The wait has never been long and I never feel like I am being rushed through a process. I travel 40 minutes each way and feel it worth it!
Weisman takes the extra step :) Weisman Optometrists is one of those rare businesses that ALWAYS strives to put its customers/patients first!!! I have worn contacts since middle school, and I have never had a more complete contact lens exam or felt more taken care of as a contact lens wearer. Most of these chain stores treat contacts as purely a retail opportunity, but Weisman takes the extra step (or two) to ensure my contacts are not only fitting properly, but that I am 100% happy with my lenses. Thank you A few Saturdays ago my wife and I were outside when something blew into my eye. We walked into Weisman Optometrists because we were only a few blocks away when the incident occurred. Neither my wife or I had been there before. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and assured me I would be seen ASAP. They are not doing what they should do. My hubby cannot pick up my glasses right now. We ordered 2 new glass more than a month ago. We insurance company increased the allowance but it doesn't show up in the system properly yet. Been wearing glasses a long time and have got glasses from them before. But theses latest glasses are the worst that Zi have bought and worn from them. The right lens is scratched and has a spot in the viewing area that clouds over. It is visible . Left lens is like brand new. And I know how to clean my glasses.
