They are not doing what they should do. My hubby cannot pick up my glasses right now. We ordered 2 new glass more than a month ago. Been wearing glasses a long time and have got glasses from them before. But theses latest glasses are the worst that Zi have bought and worn from them. The right lens is scratched and has a spot in the viewing area that clouds over. It is visible . Left lens is like brand new. And I know how to clean my glasses. Yes and no. I have gone there for 25 years, since I was a kid. Now I take my children there, but have had some issues. I find the doctors do well and the staff is nice but when it comes to replacing glasses we keep having issues. My 4 year old keeps breaking his glasses and luckily we have unlimited repairs. They usually take two weeks. But once the lab forgot to make the glasses. Purchased an expensive frame that fractured in less than two years. No reason. Warranty was apparently one year. Your staff offered to let me buy the same frame again. Buy another expensive defective frame? Long time customer will be a long time gone.
We are so thrilled with the service we get at Weisman! We are new to the area and so glad this office was recommended to us! Dr. Mike specializes is keratoconus and has been able to help my husband with new specialized contact lenses. They also ROCK at helping you pick out new frames that people will compliment you on for days and days! Everyone in the office is always bright and cheerful, office itself is very clean and inviting.
