Reached out to Melanie Heltke regarding a home for sale the day it listed. I told her I would deposit before seeing, as even though I emailed her within minutes of the listing post she was already booked for showings. Fast forward after a couple days of email “tag” and that no offers would be accepted until all showings completed was false because when we followed up on third day she told us another offer will be accepted.
