This doctor only cares about money. I asked her to write me a prescription during my yearly check-up. When I made my appointment for the next year, I was told I had to pay a copay because she wrote me a prescription. I can’t believe I was charged extra just for asking for a prescription. On top of that, she only gave me a 3-month supply with no refills. Do I have to pay another copay if I need a refill in 3 months? I won’t be going back. She’s just after money.
The building where this clinic is located is quite old, and the entrance doesn’t leave a great first impression. The main door is heavy and there’s no automatic door button, which makes it a bit of a hassle to enter. Dr. Fan is thorough during consultations and seems knowledgeable. However, she often refers patients to various specialists or creates reasons for follow-up visits.
