This doctor only cares about money. I asked her to write me a prescription during my yearly check-up. When I made my appointment for the next year, I was told I had to pay a copay because she wrote me a prescription. I can’t believe I was charged extra just for asking for a prescription. On top of that, she only gave me a 3-month supply with no refills. Do I have to pay another copay if I need a refill in 3 months? I won’t be going back. She’s just after money.
The building where this clinic is located is quite old, and the entrance doesn’t leave a great first impression. The main door is heavy and there’s no automatic door button, which makes it a bit of a hassle to enter. Dr. Fan is thorough during consultations and seems knowledgeable. Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The staff showed zero professionalism, acted like they were doing me a favor just by speaking to me, and their attitude was downright rude and dismissive. I’ve never encountered such arrogance and lack of basic courtesy in a service setting. It was clear they had no intention of helping or treating customers with respect. If you value your time, money, or dignity — avoid this place at all costs.
Wei Fan is not even 1 star. My parents are her patients. She and her team have very bad attitude when I have question regarding the prescription she gave to my father. The lady at the front desk and Fan are VERY VERY RUDE and Not professional at all! Finally, my father has to go to another doctor to treat his nose infection. Don't want to let my parents to go back to her office anymore. They changed another doctor as primary care. DON'T go to her.
