I live in The Surround apartments and ever since this company has taken over it’s been the worst apartment I’ve ever had. I have put in multiple work orders and requests for pest control and NOBODY has responded! I pay my rent on time and they have the audacity to charge a pest control fee but don’t provide pest control. It’s disgusting and deplorable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON’T LEASE ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS TRASHY COMPANY! Bad business. Bad customer service just all around bad!
worse place to live!!! they put evictions on your back ground, that dont need to be there. I broke my lease do to a abusive relationship I have a 4 year old he didn't need to be around that so they put down they evicted me. HORRIBLE MANANCE AND MANAGEMENT!! LIVING HERE WAS A MISTAKE!! NEVER LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. EVERYTIME I CALLED MANTANCE IT TOOK TWO- THREE WEEKS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME OUT. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! NOT WORTH LIVING HERE!!!

I moved out in December had a balance of 2800 my security deposit supposed too be deducted from that they have no clue of where my money is....500 flats in fort worth Texas do not move there I wouldn't recommend a dog too live there...I been in there 2 months straight bout my problem and no one is helping me....corporate wehner multifamily needs too close down!!!
