I have mold growing in my apartment and the toilet is broken in my one bed apartment. window is broken and cockroaches everywhere. they refuse to let me out of my lease after I have given them six months to move in. if it's owned by wehner don't be a renter.
Wehner office management sucks , they don’t fix nothing . And they janky with fees and I wouldn’t suggest it to ANYONE .
FIXING UP THE COMPLEX MUCH BETTER AND HIRE EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE WORKERS, SOME OF THEM ARE NOT EXPERIENCED AND THEY DON'T HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION OR TRAINING TO DO MAINTENANCE WORK.
