I moved out in December had a balance of 2800 my security deposit supposed too be deducted from that they have no clue of where my money is....500 flats in fort worth Texas do not move there I wouldn't recommend a dog too live there...I been in there 2 months straight bout my problem and no one is helping me....corporate wehner multifamily needs too close down!!!
Since Wehner multi took over our complex has gone to the shits. Don’t move here. They don’t care about anyone or anything except their money. I’ve lived here over 5 years and refused to waive a fee for me they are CARELESS
This company is horrible! Bad customer services even worse maitnece. If they know u r changing management companies they don't even show up on property for the month and ignor ALL maitnece calls. Also puts harmful chemicals in busy walk areas. OWNERS BE WARE!! DO NOT HIRE TO RUN YOUR PROPERTY!!! They bring your PROPERTY WAY DOWN! This is the kind of work they do!!! Don't rent or hire them.
The residents of North Story Apartments don't have ANY running water....AGAIN! The city of Irving and local news stations have been notified by several residents. This happens too often. No hot water... or no water at all. As a State employee and public servant I'm letting you know that these "living" conditions are unsanitary and could pose a health risk to the tenants.
Unprofessional work place. A regional should not talk poorly about employees to another employee. They shouldn't tell employees how much they hate the area you work in and how much they want to get rid of it. The property owners have no idea what's going on on their properties because, it's all fluff. Regionals are there to support and pressure their employees. Not degrade and force them to quit.
