How about actually answer the office phone up there in Dallas and make sure the leasing agents and maintenance at the properties they own are doing their jobs rather than scamming people out of money, and taking 3 months to complete work orders. Get better management and clients in their Midwest City OK Apts.
Red Oak Apts. fort worth are very trashy pay too much money for this property too look like this. Residents are very loud people let dogs out and don't pick up behind them. These apartments are very disappointing and the health department need to pay them a visit.
They own an apartment complex in OKC, OK that is a utilities furnished apt and we haven’t had any gas in over 2 weeks, since at least May 7. We’ve complained to property manager and various places, yet we’re still without gas. It’s not just my apartment either, it’s most if not all the complex. We were also told that even though they are in breach of contract that we’re still expected to pay full rent once it’s due again. I would not recommend anyone to kove in any of their complexs in oklahoma city. Corporate doesnt not take care of them they are slum lords, yhe rent is to high when you have to live in apt where there is mold, needs multirepairs doen and the leasing agent says ma am i need you to stop wanting so much done. They wont fix anything just makeup excuses. They are quick to send out notices when you owe rent during the stay at home order but the homeleas can brake in the empty apts and live for free!
Rental properties have mold do not take car of residents basic needs very disappointing.
Tradewind Apts is horrible.! Hot water been out for over a week and they been giving us the run around about what’s going on. I can’t wait to move! I swear ! I’ve emailed and wrote you guys and I need answers. Y’all on Facebook everyday so how y’all don’t know anything about this situation. Fix it.!
NEVER LEASE 19TWENTY APARTMENTS. I could go on and on about how terrible it is but the kost recent is that I cannot pay my bill online. So for the second month in a row I have had to have a link sent to me. So the manager sent the wrong amount.
