stop charging rent, put in a rent freeze during this epidemic. stop lying and telling everyone all the units are upgraded, maybe like a third are upgraded, and the rest are in desperate need of repair. have better connections with the office staff so they don't treat tennants like garbage. clean up broken glass around the parking areas.

I have mold growing in my apartment and the toilet is broken in my one bed apartment. window is broken and cockroaches everywhere. they refuse to let me out of my lease after I have given them six months to move in. if it's owned by wehner don't be a renter.
Wehner office management sucks , they don’t fix nothing . And they janky with fees and I wouldn’t suggest it to ANYONE .
FIXING UP THE COMPLEX MUCH BETTER AND HIRE EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE WORKERS, SOME OF THEM ARE NOT EXPERIENCED AND THEY DON'T HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION OR TRAINING TO DO MAINTENANCE WORK.
Worse management business ever🤬
I live in The Surround apartments and ever since this company has taken over it’s been the worst apartment I’ve ever had. I have put in multiple work orders and requests for pest control and NOBODY has responded! I pay my rent on time and they have the audacity to charge a pest control fee but don’t provide pest control. It’s disgusting and deplorable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DON’T LEASE ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS TRASHY COMPANY! Bad business. Bad customer service just all around bad!
