Absolutely horrible customer service. Emma in customer service needs to pick a different field of work. Had to wait 1.25 hours for our order. The manager refused to help us. This place is the absolute worst!
5 minutes to pick out an area rug. 1 hour to wait in line in back to pick it up. Why do I have to wait in a long line of vehicles to pick up an area rug? Just give me the dang rug and I’d walk out the front door.
We were suppose to have something on hold for us. We show up 30 minutes later and they are in the process of selling it to someone else. We finally get it written up, wait in line to pay for 45 minutes, then wait in line 3.5 hours to pick it up because they wouldn’t let us carry it. I’d rather pay more and get better service than waste 6 hours of my day for something that should have taken an hour max.
Love the place and need to visit it again!! Service was great!!
