Manager on duty was completely useless. Couch I wanted, was a floor model. It had little damage to the foot and the pillows were dirty. Manager told me there's nothing he can do for me, and offered me 3% of a $26 lamp that needed a new lamp shade. I will NEVER be back to the fairview heights location. Thanks to the managers bad attitude and unwillingness to work with me he lost mine and my father's business. We both intended to buy sectionals last night.
We've bought at least 5 pieces of furniture here and always leave happy. The prices are unbeatable and the salespeople are always helpful.
We were told the items we wanted were available but when when we decided on items we were told we could only have the floor models. As of right now we have been in line waiting to pick up our items for over an hour.
From the sales people on the floor that you have to chase down to the 3 Max check out people you wait 20/30 minutes to check out with to the 2 hours waiting to pick up only to find they didn't have my chair in the store...I will never waste my time here again! Went to Midwest Clearance center across the street got the same chair for $150 less and no wasted time!!
I came in to this location to purchase bunk beds for my children. I was very impress with the setting of furniture and the variety of options there was to choose from. Sure the reps could do better by paying attention when customers walk in and ask if there is anything they can do for them instead of standing around and talking to their co-workers, but I was very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was great also. They brought in the dressers and bunk beds and placed them carefully in my livingroom as I specifically asked. ... read more
Thanks weekends only of Fairview heights for making me wait for 40 minutes while you looked for a component that went with a console I wanted to buy. Then after you couldn't find it we negotiated a lower price. Then after striking that deal then you come back and say the item had already been sold. No sold sticker on the item. Guess I just have to take your word for it.
Never under any circumstances buy a piece of furniture from this place. Went to pick up a bunk bed and had to wait 2 hours for it to get loaded. Once we opened it for assembly we found a piece was broken. Had to drive 30 min to the store wait in line at customer service for another 20 min. Then I'm told I have to go wait in line at pick up AGAIN to get one piece replaced! SLOW, INCONVENIENT, AND CHEAP! Do not waste your time.
