I'm loading up my $1,000 couch this weekend and setting it up in the parking lot and I'm going to show every customer that goes in to shop how horrible the quality is. I bought my couch 5 months ago and my thumb went right through the arm of the chair. I purchased a $100 warranty and I have to deal with 3rd party companies to make a claim. Wow. Just wow. We have been in line over an hour to pick up our chair. And we are not even halfway to the pick up point yet!!! We arrived when the store opened. Glad I at least made the purchase online so I didn’t have to wait to check out. Saved $50 off the price at Value City Furniture. Not sure if the aggravation is worth the savings. This was our first time buying a new sectional. We were so excited to finally buy one! We heard from family friends that “Weekends Only” had the most affordable yet excellent quality furniture. We walked in and immediately were greeted by Nick. He gave us a tour and within an hour we found the PERFECT sectional. Nick let us know about the insurance that was available and explained it clearly! We are thrilled with our decision and cannot wait to pick it up on Friday! Thanks Nick and Weekends Only!
Standing in line to check out - found what we liked. Now have to stand in line - they just had one person ' checking ' out, just added another person. Store manager not available when we asked to speak to someone in charge. I may be happy with my purchase if I ever get checked out.
Bought a mattress from here April 22 this year. Just wanted to say how helpful Brian was. He was attentive to my needs and listened to my likes and dislikes. I probably got on his nerves taking forever to pick a mattress out but he stuck it out with a smile on his face. I have had some of the best sleep on my new mattress. I would recommend going to weekends only for your bedroom needs. Ask for Brian. He won't let you down.
If possible I would give this company a 0 star review. We bought a piece of furniture from them and it broke within 6 months of us buying it. It is now going on 6 months of us trying to get it fixed. The footrest to one side of the love seat we bought is stuck in the up position. My husband is yet again talking with the warranty people and they are trying to put the blame on him for not answering their calls yet they never leave a voice mail for him to return the call during a break at work.
Love the clearance area. Got whole living room set...sectional n recliner for around $500!
