Employees stood around for two hours before anyone came out to load anything and when they did they were loading customers who arrived before us. We had bought a couch and we watched them shove it off to the side three times. Out of all the employees there only one brought it out to load and another customer had to help us put in the truck. I won't be coming back and I'll be sure to tell other people to go anywhere else but here. Now I see why it's called weekends only.

Weekends Only nor Guardsman Protection Plan honor their warranties. We bought a couch for our family room last Christmas and within 6 months it started falling apart. We requested repair or replacement and the store told us we had to go thru Guardsman. Guardsman sent us an email saying damage was not covered and to go thru store. Called store and they scheduled an claims adjuster to come see the damage. It has been a month and we have not heard a word from the store by phone, mail nor email. Store is a joke stuck in check out with only 2 cashiers. Then I have to go to customer pickup for 2 tiny endtables that I could easily carried out. Pickup is backed up with 10 or more vehicles. Never ever coming back.
