Ray and the maintenance team are absolutely outstanding! Can’t say enough good things about the folks in the front office as well. I’ve been living here for five years and if you’re looking for a great spot to live I would highly recommend because the pool staff rules
Won’t fix the ac, it’s more than 80 degrees inside
Nice spot and good price but maintenance really suffers at this location. Showers used to be nice and hot now they only go up to 97 degrees in the evenings most nights. If the AC breaks during the summer, good luck as it takes them weeks to fix. There’s a reason it’s cheap. Update: 11 months later and the water now causes me to shiver while shower. Still no fix is site and still no clue how to handle issues.
Mr. Ray replaced damaged ceiling tiles and cleaned up behind himself. Maintenance truly tries to maintain the property.
