Great dress selection! Terrible customer service :( I tried to return a glue adhesive that I didn't end up needing (since my dress had to be entirely remade on the top). I was 5 days after the 15 day return policy and even the manager wouldn't budge. My dress was expensive enough... couldn't you cut me a little slack on a $40 unopened bottle of dress adhesive?
Eliza was the perfect consultant! She made the whole experience fun and comfortable. She helped me decide on styles and picked out perfect dresses for my style. I love my dress!
Wow, what a great place to shop for my daughters wedding! Private room, very accommodating. Bright and cheery, a fan for circulation. My daughter's personal shopper was awesome. Brought her some beautiful dresses to try on. She got great feedback from her friends and choose the perfect dress. The whole experience was so wonderful. Thank you! The Wedding Shoppe goes above and beyond for their customers! I had an appointment yesterday and brought 5 other people with me. Saturday's are crazy busy but I was put in a private room and Caitlin did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and brought a good selection for me to pick from. She had a great personality and interacted with my family and was just a fun person to be around. I found the one after dress number 4 and couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is getting married!
I went here twice to find a wedding dress and had THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Carolyn was ABSOLUTELY amazing BOTH times... she made me feel so comfortable and confident. And she was so FUN! Will be going back to purchase my bridesmaids dresses here in a few months!
I went for bridesmaid dresses! Cindy made the whole experience wonderful! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they had in stock and helping find dresses in the style and color I liked.
I went in without an appointment & they were very accommodating and I loved the huge dressing room i was in. I picked out 5 dresses and the last one was the winner. I fell in love with it. The girls were so nice & I literally found my dress in less than half hour. The dresses there are gorgeous, I recommend it.
