Very disappointed in the customer service and quality of dress. Got a bridesmaids dress from here. They told me to order a dress 2 sizes too big and when I got the dress, multiple jewels were missing from it (I paid close to $190 for the dress). They would not help to get dress altered because I can't bring it there as it's over an hour one way. Wore the dress for the wedding and it is completely ruined: the bottom hem was not quality. I had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe and I loved my consultant Carolyn! I found the dress of my dreams and Carolyn was honest and didn't sugar coat anything which I appreciated but she also made the appointment fun and took the time to get to know me and my group. I can't wait to see my dress again in five months! Thank you Carolyn for a great time and helping me find the perfect dress.
This was a wonderful experience at Wedding Shoppe. I would advise anyone looking for wedding attire to schedule an appointment with this location. We had Carolyn as a consultant and we absolutely fell in love with her! She quickly discovered where we should be going as far as the wedding dress. She was honest and very polite at the same time!

I had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe this past weekend! Amber was our consultant and she was fabulous! She was very energetic, fun and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. The first dress she had me try on ended up being the one I fell in love with! Carolyn, YOU ROCK!!! We had so much fun looking for dresses and messing around that it was easy to find exactly what we wanted! She talked to us for about 5 minutes and came back with a handful of dresses that were absolutely perfect for all of us :)
