I decided to visit The Wedding Shoppe because of a Facebook ad I'd seen for a fall line trunk show. I had been to one other shop prior to this and this was by far a much better experience!! Molly and the other ladies made my experience phenomenal! They were completely honest with the fits and colors and gave me plenty of ideas to find 'The Dress.' I would highly recommend this shoppe!!
I am updating my review, Mary from customer service called and was very helpful with my sizing issue, and issued a 25% refund on my dress to help with the cost of alterations. She was very sweet and helpful. I recommend getting in contact with customer service directly rather than calling the store. Original Review: Terrible customer service once there is a problem, even after purchasing 8 bridesmaids and one bridal gown.
