We had a terrible experience and terrible customer service. Our consultant never came to get us for our appointment and blamed us for not being ready for our appointment even though we had been sitting waiting for her for over 20 minutes past our appointment time. When we found her she was rude and unhelpful. We asked for her opinion and to see a few dresses and after she brought three dresses she never came back, even after we directly asked her for help! I love this place!! They have a great selection of bridal gown. Their customer service is amazing!! Just bought my bridal gown last weekend. It was a wonderful experience. Buying from weddingshoppe has become a family tradition for us. Me, my sister, and my 2 sister in-laws bought our wedding dresses from here.

I had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe and Caitlin S. was amazing to work with! Not only did she help me find the perfect dress by combining what I like from other dresses, she worked hard to help pick out the accessories as well! We couldn't have done it without her.
My 6 bridesmaids got Hailey Paige dresses, they were just under $300 each. 5 of the 6 bridesmaid dresses don't fit them correctly, They all ordered the recommended sizes and now have to pay to try to get them taken out to fit around their boobs. Also, the girls have said that they are afraid to try to zip the tiny zipper all the way because they think they will break it. The zippers better not break on my wedding day.
I had an amazing experience at The Wedding Shoppe, Elena was my consultant and she did an outstanding job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and kept it within my budget which lead me to finding the perfect dress! I can not thank her enough! ���
