I wanted to specifically thank our consultant Amber. I dropped in without an appointment just to try on a few bridal belts. Amber was so patient and kind and really seemed to care about my wedding and helping me find the best fit. I did not feel pressure at all, and she helped me find the perfect belt and matching hair piece! I had a wonderful experience this past Sunday for my appointment! Quick check in, didn't wait very long for my consultant and got down to business fairly quick. My consultant was so awesome! Really listened to what I was looking for, etc and made it a fun, comfortable, and exciting experience! Very happy to found my dream dress within my budget too. Loved the private room that accomodated my mom, grandma, and two of my bridesmaids! I felt so special the whole time. Thanks so much again!
The customer service representatives are kind. HOWEVER, read the fine print very carefully if ordering. The restocking fee is 50%!!!
Need more size options for dresses, not everyone is a size 10 or 12, my girls dresses were all way too big, 2 had over 6 inches pulled and 1 had 4 inches pulled, gal who did my girls measurement must not have had lesson on how to measure girls for dresses. Beautiful dresses but disappointed that the dresses were that big.
