Zero Stars - Poor Customer Service The service I received was terrible. I had researched bridesmaid dresses on line, and The Wedding Mall was the only store in Charlotte-proper that carried one of the designers. I called ahead and was told that no appointment was necessary for bridesmaid dresses. When I entered the store, a man began assisting me. Saved My Wedding! I entered the Wedding Mall originally near the beginning of the year when I was looking for Bridal gowns and Bridesmaids dresses. After shopping around, I found they had the best prices in this area with the biggest selection and them most designers to choose from. Not only were their prices great, but their staff was fantastic!! I received the type of service you expect to get at one of the higher end bridal boutique shops.
