FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently stumbled upon a great find. The Wedding mall was recommended to me from a friend and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I used the Wedding mall for all services. The sales girls were so great and were able to help coordinate such a complete look for me and my girls! wonderful place <3 i had a wonderful experience at the wedding mall!! i came in to look at gowns and bridesmaids dresses and the sales girls were so helpful and sweet. they were so knowledgable and helped me every step of the way!! i didnt even know they had photography but they showed me beautiful photos of weddings they had done and i ended up booking my photos with them!!! it made my wedding planning so much easier! i definitely recommend them!
Rude salespeople! I was in the store today (3/20/10) and the sales girl asked me to leave because I didnt want to register my name/info with them! I was only trying to look at bridesmaids dresses and she wouldn't let me do that. I even bought my maid of honor dress there for my sister's wedding (my sister did not buy her wedding dress from them) and the service was terrible then! These people are rude! They sell your email address to their vendors.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This place gave horrible customer service. The owner is a complete jerk. I have never dealt with such horrible service in my life. DO NOT GO THERE! I am warning you! I am also writing the better business bureau. This is not acceptable to treat paying customers so wrong. I purchased my bridesmaid and gown from there and they treated me like pure crap!
Miracle Workers The owner of the wedding mall helped me to save my wedding day. The original dress I bought was from a boutique in Durham. Unfortunately, the woman that owned this boutique went under and ran off with my 50% deposit for my dress. The dress was never ordered. I went to the wedding mall because I thought that they would be able to contact the manufacturer -- which they did -- in order to confirm whether or not the order was placed. Poor Customer Service Ordered very expensive photo package. Some of the photo sizes were wrong and it took a very long time to get replacements. They also misspelled my name on the photo album and never corrected the error. The correct spelling was on all of my paperwork, but their staff decided to spell however they wanted. The DJ and Photographers were great, but the owner is no good. I would rehire certain people over there, but only if they worked independently or with another company ... not the Wedding Mall.
Absolutely Horrible Chandler, the owner is an absolute jerk! Do not place any orders over the phone. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund for my bride maid's dresses. I've placed orders for 5 girls each with a $100 deposit. The dresses have not been ordered and the stupid jerk is refusing to refund my money. My experience was great at The Wedding Mall! My wedding was April 2009 and I utilized the photographers from the Wedding Mall/ White glove photo. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the customer service (which is huge for me because I'm a business owner), the professionalism and the quality of the pictures. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
LOVED IT!!! I originally just wanted a dress, and the Alfred Angelo I found was great, but turns out this place has photography too! We used them for our wedding, and not only did i love the pictures, my husband did too. I had a great experience-- loved the employees--- and after the Wedding I went to this weekend--- wish I had gotten the DJ, too--- Ours sucked :(
