Poor Customer Service Ordered very expensive photo package. Some of the photo sizes were wrong and it took a very long time to get replacements. They also misspelled my name on the photo album and never corrected the error. The correct spelling was on all of my paperwork, but their staff decided to spell however they wanted. The DJ and Photographers were great, but the owner is no good. I would rehire certain people over there, but only if they worked independently or with another company ... not the Wedding Mall.
Rude salespeople! I was in the store today (3/20/10) and the sales girl asked me to leave because I didnt want to register my name/info with them! I was only trying to look at bridesmaids dresses and she wouldn't let me do that. I even bought my maid of honor dress there for my sister's wedding (my sister did not buy her wedding dress from them) and the service was terrible then! These people are rude! They sell your email address to their vendors.
Zero Stars - Poor Customer Service The service I received was terrible. I had researched bridesmaid dresses on line, and The Wedding Mall was the only store in Charlotte-proper that carried one of the designers. I called ahead and was told that no appointment was necessary for bridesmaid dresses. When I entered the store, a man began assisting me. Saved My Wedding! I entered the Wedding Mall originally near the beginning of the year when I was looking for Bridal gowns and Bridesmaids dresses. After shopping around, I found they had the best prices in this area with the biggest selection and them most designers to choose from. Not only were their prices great, but their staff was fantastic!! I received the type of service you expect to get at one of the higher end bridal boutique shops. Best So Far! I have only been to three or four bridal stores, but The Wedding Mall has been by far the easiest to work with. I am a plus size bride and have not been treated that well at some of the stores I have gone to locally. The Wedding Mall did not make me feel bad about my size, and they even had a good variety of plus size dresses. I would recommend this store to anyone!
FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently stumbled upon a great find. The Wedding mall was recommended to me from a friend and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I used the Wedding mall for all services. The sales girls were so great and were able to help coordinate such a complete look for me and my girls! Amazing store! I just LOVED the wedding mall. They really are so helpful. They helped me find my dream dress. They also did my photo, video and DJ. My day could not have been more perfect. Thanks to the Wedding Mall.
BRIDE'S BEWARE! Please stay away from this place! One of my friends and I stopped by there one afternoon to look at bridal gowns for my upcoming wedding. After filling out an information sheet, this rude service girl had us sit at a bench while we looked through binders of wedding gown pictures. Great Customer Service! The Wedding Mall had 3 awesome ladies working that assisted me and my bridesmaids to find the perfect dresses for my wedding day. Not only did I get my dream wedding dress at a great sale price but we also got all of our bridesmaid dresses from there. When the bridesmaids dresses came in they all fit the girls great!!
